Apps can establish HTTPS connections to reach specific services. You can use the eBlocker to see which connections are established by apps and then create an exception rule for them. The exception rule is saved under eBlocker Settings -> HTTPS -> Trusted Apps.
There are two ways to find the suppressed connections.
Either you can already see in the HTTPS menu of the eBlocker in the tab "Communication Failures" that a connection was suppressed, or you can use the "Manual recordings" function of the eBlocker. This can be found in the eBlocker Settings > Menu HTTPS > Tab "Manual recording".
You will find instructions for the "manual diagnosis" function here: eBlocker HTTPS Diagnostics
