Apps can establish HTTPS connections to reach specific services. If you use the SSL function on the eBlocker and have stored the eBlocker certificate on your device, some apps may not be able to establish a certain connection to a server because the eBlocker prevents the app from doing so.
First check the eBlocker "Settings > Menu SSL > "Trusted Apps" tab to see if there is already an exception for your app. If so, please activate it and restart the app.
For older eBlockerOS versions, you can find the exceptions in the eBlocker "Settings > Menu Apps".
If there is no exception for this app in the eBlocker "Settings > Menu SSL > Trusted Apps tab", you can see the connection failures in the eBlocker "Settings > Menu SSL > Connection failure" tab and quite simply create an exception rule there.
You can also use the eBlocker expert tools to see which connections are established by the app and then create an exception rule for them. How to work with the eBlocker expert tool can be read here in the article "Expert Tools".
