Which scenarios are conceivable at the end of the procedure?

Three scenarios are possible:

1. A financial investor is found for the continuation of the company.

2. The company is sold as a whole or in parts to another company and the technologies are further developed and operated by the buyer.

3. The company is liquidated in order to serve the creditors with outstanding claims against the

company.
