Does the legal Revocation period of 14 days still apply?

The statutory revocation period shall continue to apply.

Please note, however, that the insolvency administrator has reported insufficient mass so that the full purchase price may not be refunded. In addition, it is possible that a repayment cannot be made until the insolvency proceedings have been concluded.
